The Bath Photo Walk

On 16th August we headed into Bristol to find the Shaun the Sheep sculptures which were dotted around the city. Meeting time – 12 midday Meeting place – Cascade Steps, Bristol Harbourside We started from the Cascade Steps on Bristol’s harbourside and finished at The Berkeley pub at the top of Park Street.

This year we once again ran a photo walk during the Festival of Nature in Bath. Meeting time: 12 midday Meeting place: the bandstand on Royal Avenue. The festival also allowed us an opportunity to host a pop-up exhibition where we displayed a variety of photos taken by our photo walkers.

On May 31st we will again be taking to the streets of Bath to capture Bedlam Fair as part of Fringe Arts Bath. On Sunday 3rd May, we visited the market town of Frome, the “sixth coolest town” in Britain! Meeting time: 12 midday. Meeting place: outside the main entrance of the Cheese and Grain. To see our route (with added points of interest!), please take a look here.

On Sunday 29th of March we visited Botanical Gardens in Bath. Meeting time: 12 midday Meeting place: At the gates of the Botanical Gardens (Victoria Park).

On Thursday 11th December, Bath Photowalk attended the annual Christmas Market. Unfortunately, it was rather a damp evening but that just meant more of a valid excuse to sample a mulled wine! Click on the image below to view some of the photos from the walk.
